- This is the first time Neon speaks or plays a major role.
- The battle music and robots in this movie all came from the BBC series Robot Wars. The series has stopped being made.
- The entire idea for this move came about when I bought Mr Psycho and growler off eBay and compared them to the claymen. I thought "They could destroy them!" and then the ideas kept on coming at me...
- The music playing when Neon climbs up the tower is a MIDI based on a song from the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.
- The "Supreme Commander" is an old PC speaker.
- The GWR 101 from Big Man Restless is on top of the tower.
- The robot seen after the Supreme Commander first speaks is RefBot. He is in fact one of the House Robots, but he does not attack anyone on the show, so he plays no part at all.
- RefBot is carrying a chainsaw previously owned by the Penguin.
- Sir Killalot's primary weapon in the movie is a sledgehammer, while in the show it is a lance. The lance that came with the toy went missing a while ago. Also, the hammer was used by the Monster in Penguin vs Monster.
The black blobs of clay are the controllers for the robots. In real life the robots are controlled like RC cars.
- The most difficult part of the movie to make was when Mr Psycho grabs Yellow's head.
- When Shunt embedded his axe into Red's head, it left a huge dent. This was still partially visible on Red after he was repaired.
- The worker man is the only Lego person in the entire movie to speak
- The blur which takes down the worker man is in fact Growler, having been pulled back and released.
- The music that plays when the ambulance pulls up is from Lego Island.
-There was originally a scene where Crystal wheeled Neon into the ambulance, but this was cut due to the poor animation. It is visible here.
